Founded in 2001, Elevate began by conducting research with 2,000 past students to identify why and how the top students achieved their results. The findings formed the basis of the company's workshops and resulted in the effective, data-driven programs we are known for today. In 2002, the company won the Nescafe Big Break Award for our work with schools around Sydney, the birthplace of Elevate.

 

In 2003, Elevate started to expand beyond Sydney, beginning operations in Melbourne. In 2010, we also brought the Elevate offering to Brisbane and Perth and later, to Adelaide.
 

In 2012, the company opened a permanent office in London, England.
 

Further expansion quickly followed, and 2013 saw the establishment of Elevate South Africa and Elevate US. In 2014, Elevate's great work was formally recognised in 2 major ways - as well as winning the 'Telstra Small Business of the Year Award', Elevate's research and theory were immortalised in our TED Talk at TEDx Talinn.

In 2017 we started running coaching sessions with students on a private basis, and as a result have worked with thousands of families around the world. Since then we have also helped provide foundational skills to underprivileged students in South Africa through CSI funding and supported the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Australia. Our US business is also fast expanding beyond New York into Florida, Chicago and California...
